Die Geschichte der Mediation hat ihre Wurzeln bereits in der griechischen Antike<\/span><\/strong> gelegt und nimmt von dort ihren Ausgang, um letztendlich \u00fcber Amerika wieder den Weg zur\u00fcck nach Europa und \u00d6sterreich zu finden.

            In den USA ist Mediation als Konfliktl\u00f6sungsmodell<\/span><\/strong> schon lange popul\u00e4r und erfolgreich.
            Den Einzug nach \u00d6sterreich schaffte die Mediation im juristischen Bereich \u00fcber den „au\u00dfergerichtlichen Tatausgleich“ im Strafrecht und hat sich im Laufe der Zeit juridisch auch im Zivilrecht oder Familienrecht (Scheidung\/Trennung, Obsorge Recht) etabliert. Von dort bahnt sich die Mediation weiterhin, zielsicher aufgrund der erzielten Erfolge, ihren Weg in s\u00e4mtliche Bereiche des gesellschaftlichen Lebens, des Gesundheitswesens<\/span><\/strong>, der Politik uvm.<\/p>
